About the event
The Role Swap Day is a performative, theatre-based experience for teams that turns everyday work structures into a playful field of exploration. Participants step out of their usual roles and into the roles of their colleagues — not only functionally, but also through mindset, behavior, and simple performative actions. Work becomes temporarily a stage for experimentation, curiosity, and perspective shift.
The workshop is designed to create:
deeper understanding between roles in an organization
stronger empathy across departments
improved communication through lived experience
playful disruption of habitual work patterns
